I only ever the Mango Sticky Rice drink here at Yun Tea House and it always hits the spot. I like that I can adjust the sweetness and that it's pretty much a portable mango sticky rice. I like that the mango slush portion of the drink is very icy and the sticky rice is perfectly cooked and not too sweet. The whipped cream at the top, mango slush, and sticky rice are in perfect proportion and mixing everything together makes for a refreshing and tasty treat. Service was quick. Though bustling with laptop users, I was able to grab a seat. I love the ambiance other than the occasional chatter. I'll be back for more of this drink! Jet, Cyrene, and Yi Wei were great and quick despite the flood of people coming in.

My husband got me the zzzz tea yesterday (rooibos) and it was so good! Today (Sunday) we arrived at 11:25 and Michelle and Ali took our order and helped us. I ordered a watermelon smoothie this time (good memories of ordering that in Taiwan). The inside of the store is pretty big, lots of tables, and very easy to order menu. Service was great & realy like this authentic Taiwanese drink place! Can't wait to try their food next time

My boyfriend and I tried yun tea house a couple weeks ago and we loved it! We had the mango sticky rice and matcha made in heaven. We also tried the shumai and it was great! Staff were nice and helpful. Ambiance is nice and chill. This place is also great for studying. There are lots of seats and multiple charging ports, they also close late too which are great if you plan to study late/ or stay for awhile. We would definitely come back!

tried another drink from Yun Tea today and I was not disappointed!! The dark phoenix is strong, yet creamy and smooth and I found that the 50% sweetness in their sample was the perfect level. Thank you Jacob for allowing me to try several options before deciding!! It is always so reassuring (: P.S. yes they are still busy with students occupying the tables even during the summer :(

Appreciated that they let you sample some of the milk teas before ordering to make sure you'd like it. This cafe is nice to hang out at. Plenty of seating with a chill ambiance and calm, mood lighting. Dark Phoenix- I liked the strong tea+floral flavor which was stronger than the Iron Goddess. Snow Jasmine- stronger floral (Jasmine) flavor but less tea flavor. The Aiyu Jelly and Boba toppings were both good! Would definitely come back. IG: @grace.loves.socal #grace.loves.adventures

Tip: if you are allergic to dairy, don't get the non-dairy creamer because it still has dairy (a milk byproduct) in it. I think they meant lactose-free creamer. The cashier was very nice and went back to check the ingredients list to be safe. The clouds are super cute. Also, the fat panda figurine is very cute. The fat cat fishing is also a fan favorite.

My first time coming here I tried the Strawberry Matcha and the flavor was out of this world. No joke there flavors are very strong. The baristas are so kind and funny as well! Her name is Jessica and she introduced me to another amazing drink called Genmaicha and I felt very cultured . The details of the wooden chairs/tables and cultural art really gives off the a traditional tea place. I recommend studying here if you like listening to any type of music since they play different genres! Overall I will be a regular here from now on.

The Duck Sh*t was the Sh*t! It was our first time here and the staff was really friendly and patient when we asked to try their free samples! I really enjoyed the sticky rice add on with my drink and also by itself. Definitely thinking about coming back tomorrow already! This place also seems like a nice hangout spot or place to study :)

Love love LOVE the service and ambiance here...and the menu is quite notable with many unique oolong tea variants, special soft serve ice cream flavors and food items. We arrived with no wait in line, and then the line grew to at least five parties by the time we got our order and this is due to the fact there was only one employee working at first. The top 5 menu consists of a number of oolong tea varieties I've not seen elsewhere. I ordered the number one on the list, Dark Phoenix milk tea, and their soft serve flavor of the week, milk tea. Because we were first in line, we got our order fairly quickly. My tea was reminiscent of my longing of a OC favorite that no longer exists. It's smoky and bold flavors was excellent, however, I did grow tired of it after about half way. So I will be saving it for later on. The soft serve was also unique and refreshing. It was serves with boba too! The dining spaces is large and modern. This is a very comfortable place for hanging out or just getting some focused work done as was observed of several customers. When you arrive to the strip mall, you can easily spot it right next door to another popular boba spot. It's own signage outside is less obvious I'm the corner and the front door is tucked all the way that you may easily miss it. There are at least three boba shops here at this strip mall and certai ly Yun Teahouse is one to try out.
